Illustrations

A personal illustration project developed between 2016 and 2020, bringing together a series of portraits of friends, close people, and imagined figures. Rather than depicting likeness alone, the works approach portraiture as a way of reading character, emotion, and psychological presence.

Moving between memory, symbolism, and fiction, the series explores how inner states can be translated into visual form. The portraits become fragments of personal mythology — shaped by intimacy, nostalgia, vulnerability, anxiety, and the subtle ways people reveal, conceal, or protect themselves.
